Our Yard Waste Site at 1001 Monroe Street for our residential solid waste customers is open for the season through Fall.                                                                                                                      

Hours are:

7 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturdays through November 13

4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Wednesdays through September 29

To enter the Site, you'll need a Yard Waste Site sticker to be affixed to the rear driver's side window.  These stickers are the same as used in 2021.  If you don't have a sticker, stop at our Customer Service Office at 92 Steele Street to request one - one sticker is free per Solid Waste account.  Lost stickers will not be replaced.  If you sell your vehicle, please remember to save your sticker; if your sticker doesn't come off all in one piece, show it to Customer Service to get a replacement.

The Site accepts residential leaves, grass clippings and brush up to 8 inches in diameter.  

The Site cannot accept trash, metal, lumber, wood, tires, rocks, concrete, sod, dirt, drywall & other construction materials.
