BPU Turns the River Green in Celebration of St. Patrick's Day

BPU Turns the River Green to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day

Thanks to the BPU Water Division employees for turning the river green as part of the City of Jamestown's St. Patrick's Day commemoration on March 20.

Our own Bob Howe, BPU employee, served as leprechaun to officially turn the water a bright green.

The green color is actually tracer that is completely biodegradable and safe for the environment  (including the fish and the turtles that live in the River)!

The picture came from Dan Swack who posted them on the City of Jamestown's Facebook page.
