You can initiate several services at the BPU by registering on "My Account" on our website at www.jamestownbpu.com.  The link to My Account is on our homepage - it's the green My Account tile.

Once registered, you'll see a link to "Forms" on the left side of your profile page (where you sign up to pay or look at utility usage).  Click on "Forms" to see a list of forms that you can complete and submit online - no need to print off the form and mail.

The list of forms currently available includes:

1. Large or electronic item collection appointment

2. Yard waste bags collection appointment

3. Short-term recycle exemption form

4. Owner never off request form for landlords

5. Recycling bin replacement

6. Recycling calendar request

7. Landlord authorization for utility service

8. Property management authorization for account access

9. Recycling/credit review/dispute

10. Business development request for information
