For consumer complaints that cannot be resolved with the Jamestown Board of Public Utilities, you may contact the New York Department of Public Service (DPS)
DPS complaints may be directed as follows:
Monday to Wednesday
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday to Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
