The system's groundwater can be drawn from two separate well fields, each totally independent of the other and each source capable of supplying all of the communities' needs. The two reservoirs provide 11,500,000 gallons of storage and both Cassadaga and Clay Pond Pump Stations each have a 500,000 gallon storage tank.
