HOW DO I TRANSPORT THESE MATERIALS SAFELY?
Waste must be in a labeled container. Unlabeled materials or material incompatible with label or description furnished by household will be turned back!
- Never mix chemicals together!
- Never smoke or eat while handling hazardous materials
- Segregate solids from liquids
- Place all materials in plastic-lined boxes surrounded with packing material - DO NOT WRAP
- Waste anti-freeze and waste paint should also be in leakproof containers
- Fluorescent bulbs must be bundled together
- All materials should be placed in trunk of vehicle for transport to collection site
- Do not leave vehicle once you get to the drop-off site unless instructed to do so
