Each year, according to section 129 of the 1923 Jamestown, NY City Charter, the Board of Public Utilities is required to submit an annual report including financial information for the year, on its municipal electric, water, district heating, solid waste and wastewater divisions.
An audit is also prepared each year and is available upon request.
