Jeffrey A. Lehman, PE

Director of Public Works since 1994, serves on the Board by Virtue of his office with City Government.

Lehman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Before joining the City, Lehman was technical manager of the Chautauqua County Landfill, responsible for new cell construction and closure.

He serves on the Babe Ruth World Series Board of directors, a member of the Noon Rotary Club of Jamestown, and is an avid fan of his two daughters' numerous sports teams.
